Plastics Packaging – the sustainable solution for retailers
There’s a common misconception that plastics are bad for the environment. Plastics are in fact good for the environment, they only become a problem when littered irresponsibly. This places retailers under pressure to ban plastics, when they should be continuing the use of plastics in their packaging. According to study by PlasticsEurope, plastics prevent wastage and damage to goods; reduce the cost of transportation and have a low carbon footprint over the product lifecycle – all while presenting improved aesthetics for product display.
