About Borouge
Founded in 1998 through a strategic partnership
between ADNOC and Borealis, Borouge was formed to
build and operate a petrochemical complex in Ruwais,
United Arab Emirates, with a sales and marketing
business in Singapore. The Company has since grown to
become one of the world’s leading providers of
innovative and differentiated polyolefin solutions.
We provide value-creating polymer solutions for the
agriculture, infrastructure, energy, packaging,
mobility and healthcare industries – employing more
than 3,100 people and serving customers in over 50
countries across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

range of industries and customers around the world, in
an effective and environmentally sound manner, Borouge
employs Borealis’ most advanced proprietary
technologies and contributes to addressing global
challenges such as climate change, food waste and

We listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange on 3
June 2022.
