  • Non-UAE National employees are entitled to End of Service Benefits and repatriation, after one year, according to length of service.

  • After submitting your application on our careers portal, you should receive an automated email confirming that your applications has been received. On LinkedIn, you should receive an on-screen notification that your application has been received.
  • Please note, due to large volumes of applications we receive every day, we are unable to provide individual feedback on your application.

  • We are a performance driven organization with employee base of over 3,100 people who took part in the development of our values.  Our values are:progressive, collaborative, respectful, responsible and efficient.
  • These values form the basis of what we expect from our employees and from this, we developed the core competencies which all candidates are measured against, along with the specific technical skills and demonstrable experience in their field.
  • Sometimes the identity of ADNOC or one of its subsidiaries is used fraudulently in fake recruitment campaigns and false job offers.  We advise you to read more about fake recruitment campaigns and job scams, and what to do if someone asks for money upfront, or an offer seems too good to be true.
  • Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to provide specific feedback at the early stages of the process.
